Brigitte Laney, RN, BSN, CDS – Chief Executive Officer
Brigitte Laney is the Chief Executive Office of Breezy Clean Solutions which she co-founded in 2024 with her husband Bryan Laney. Brigitte also currently serves as the CEO and Agency Director for Carolina Hearts Home Care. While Brigitte has primarily been in the nursing field since 2002, she has also managed numerous other businesses including a spa, a property management agency, and an Edible Arrangements franchise. Brigitte is passionate about having a clean and organized space and finds that it helps to eliminate some stress in an otherwise stressful world. Not only does Brigitte have the highest standards in regards to cleaning, she also brings deep experience and exceptional strengths in multitasking and critical thinking to her role. In her role with Carolina Hearts, Brigitte gets to see first hand each day the positive impact that a clean and organized space can have on specifically elderly clients and families.
When not at work, Brigitte loves spending time with her family at the beach or the lake, where she can watch the sun rise or set over the water. Brigitte loves music, believes there is a song for every occasion, and never misses a chance to dance.
Bryan Laney – Chief Operations Officer
Bryan Laney co-founded Breezy Clean Solutions with his wife Brigitte in 2024 and is dedicated to continuously improving operations, leading business strategies, and working to establish systems that promote the mission, vision, and culture of the company. He is also Chief Operations Officer of Carolina Hearts Home Care, which he also co-founded with his wife Brigitte in 2005. Bryan prioritizes organization and understands how important a clean environment is for not only your health, but your mind as well and is committed to helping clients exceed their cleaning needs. Bryan is also a certified Professional Environmental Engineer, holds a current PE license in both North and South Carolina, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, a Bachelor of Science in Pulp and Paper Technology, and a minor in business management. Bryan utilizes his project management skills to set and achieve goals for optimizing business performance and efficiencies.
Family is very important to Bryan, who loves traveling with his wife and children and spending time at home with family, including his own aging parents. Bryan finds coaching youth baseball and soccer a very rewarding hobby. He also loves enjoying the outdoors, fishing, hiking, or just relaxing.
Kimber Bryant – Operations Manager
Kimber is a great fit as the Operations Manager for Breezy Clean. With over ten years of customer service experience and numerous years of experience in the cleaning industry, she is a valuable resource to lead our team of professional cleaners. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction help take the stress out of the entire process from scheduling, to cleaning, to quality control.
Kimber was born and raised in Rockingham, NC, giving her firsthand knowledge of the local community and residents and a high sense of responsibility to serve her community. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two beautiful daughters as well as taking any opportunity to watch the latest documentary.
