Cancellation Requirements
Notice Period: To avoid cancellation fees, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total service cost.
Refund Policy
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning. We will address your concerns and, if necessary, arrange for a re-clean at no additional charge.
Refund Requests: Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. All decisions of the Agency Director are final regarding refunds. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days.
No-Show Policy
If our team arrives at the scheduled time and is unable to perform the service due to no access to the property or if the appointment is canceled upon arrival, a full service fee will be charged.
Payment Terms
All payments are due upon completion of the service. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and electronic transfers.
Changes to Policy
Breezy Clean Solutions LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to our clients in advance.
